Cancellation & Refund Policy
AuraSite Studio provides custom web design services. Because we allocate time, resources, and expertise from the moment a project is confirmed, our cancellation policy reflects the work already invested.
2.1 Cancellation Before Advance Payment
If you decide not to proceed before making any payment, there is no charge. The project simply does not start.
2.2 Cancellation After Advance Payment (Before Build Starts)
- A 10% administrative fee is retained from the advance to cover time spent on scoping, communication, and invoice processing.
- The remaining 90% of the advance will be refunded within 5–7 business days to the original payment source.
- This applies only if you cancel before we have sent you a staging preview link.
2.3 Cancellation After Build Has Commenced
- Once the build is underway (staging site created or content integration started), the advance payment is fully non-refundable.
- No additional charges will be raised beyond the advance already paid.
- If you wish to resume the project later, it may be subject to re-scoping and a fresh agreement.
2.4 Cancellation After Client Approval
- Once you have sent written approval of the staging preview (via WhatsApp or message), the project is considered accepted.
- No refunds are issued post-approval.
- Any changes at this stage are treated as post-launch revision requests and billed accordingly.
2.5 After Go-Live
No refunds are issued once the website has been published live. If you experience issues with the delivered work, please contact us within the 14-day free support window and we will resolve them at no charge.
2.6 Cancellation by AuraSite Studio
We reserve the right to cancel a project and refund the advance in full if:
- We are unable to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control
- The client engages in abusive, threatening, or fraudulent conduct
- The client fails to provide required content within 14 days of advance payment (advance forfeited in this case, not refunded)
2.7 How to Request a Cancellation
Send a WhatsApp message to +91 96508 92099 stating your business name, invoice number, and reason for cancellation. We will acknowledge within 24 hours on business days.
Terms of Service (Summary)
Full terms are detailed in the Client Service Agreement signed at project commencement. Key points: • Services are for legitimate business use only. We do not build sites for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring all content they provide is original, licensed, or legally permitted for use.
- AuraSite Studio is not liable for third-party plugin failures, hosting downtime, or Google ranking outcomes.
- Disputes are governed by the laws of India and subject to Delhi jurisdiction. • We do not copy competitor websites. All designs are original.
- We may display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
